We drove to Yosemite from east side this time.
Many small lakes along the way.

The water was so clear and still a bit chilly.
Yosemite is a classic example of a glaciated landscape.
At 8,600 feet, Tuolumne Meadows is one of the largest high-elevation meadows in the Sierra Nevada.
Most of the water that filters through Tuolumne Meadows eventually becomes the drinking water for San Francisco.
Part of North America's tallest waterfall, Lower Yosemite Fall is the final 320-foot (98-meter) drop.

Rafting is one of the best things to do in Yosemite.
