Privacy policy

This policy covers the Gala360, Gala Relax and Gala VIP apps for Meta Quest and this website, gala360.aicam.fun. The apps are published on the Meta Horizon Store by STW Software Limited. Questions and requests: gala360-revive@jt-software.com.

What we do not collect

The apps have no accounts of their own. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details, and we do not use advertising, analytics or tracking services in the apps or on this website.

The Meta Quest apps

• Purchases and subscriptions. Meta processes purchases, free trials and payments under Meta's privacy policy. We never receive your payment details or your Meta profile.
• Checking your subscription. To unlock Premium content, each app sends our server the user ID that Meta assigns you for that app, together with a one-time proof from your headset. Our server passes both to Meta to confirm the proof and to ask whether you hold that app's Premium subscription. It then gives the app a pass that is valid for one hour. We do not store your Meta user ID: the pass holds only a keyed, one-way code derived from it, and our server keeps a positive answer in memory for at most five minutes. Your Meta user ID and the proof are never written to our logs.
• Your account screen. The apps read your Meta display name and profile picture on your headset to show which account is signed in. They are shown only inside the app and are never sent to our servers.
• Content. The apps download panoramas, videos and their descriptions from our servers. Requests for Premium content carry the pass described above. Other requests carry no account or user identifier.

Server logs

Like any website, our servers and our storage provider receive the technical details of each request: IP address, time, the address requested, and the browser or app version. We use these logs only to run, secure and fix the service. We do not combine them with other data or share them, except where the law requires it. They are deleted routinely.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors.

Content from the original Gala360

The panoramas shown were published by members of the original Gala360 community between 2016 and 2022. If you published something you would like taken down, or you appear in an image and want it removed, email us with the page address and we will remove it.

Children

Gala360 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Requests from public authorities

We disclose information to a public authority only when the law compels us to. We review each request for its legal basis and challenge requests we consider unlawful or too broad. When we must disclose, we disclose the minimum the request requires. We keep a record of every request and our response.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We do not store Meta user IDs, so we usually hold nothing about you beyond the server logs described above. Email the address at the top of this page.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
