Crater Lake is the only national park in the state of Oregon.
A small lake near campground. Let's drive along the west rim of the Crater Lake next.
With a depth of 1,943 feet, Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the United States.
Scientists consider it to be the cleanest and clearest large body of water in the world.
The water's intense blue color is an indication of its great depth and purity.
It's end of June, this area is still covered with snow.
On top of Sinnott observation deck.
Let's relax and enjoy the sunset here.
You can't see them from the photo, but there are literally thousands of mosquitos here.
Time to call it a day and go back to our tent.
Woke up 4am to catch the sunrise.
