Rakwa Tso means "The Lake that looks like goat milk"
The lake has an elevation of 3850m (12,600 ft)

Glacier melts in summer and the water flows into the lake.
This lake is also where Tibetans "bury" the dead. The ceremony often happens around 3am.
This is why local Tibetans don't eat fish.
